Dr. Yu is currently a postdoc researcher in the Electrochemical Materials and Systems Group in the Energy Processes and Materials Division at PNNL. Prior to joining PNNL in Feb 2017, he was a graduate student in the chemical engineering department at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. His prior research is at the interface between electrochemistry and material fabrication in advanced integrated circuits. Dr. Yu has authored and co-authored more than 10 peer-reviewed journal publications, one book chapter, and seven conference.

  • Semiconductor devices.
