Dr. Jiangtao Hu is currently a Post Doctorate Research Associate in the Electrochemical Materials and Systems Group in the Energy Processes and Materials Division at PNNL. He mainly focuses on design and development of functional materials for energy storage and conversion applications such as batteries, supercapacitors, and catalysis. Dr. Hu has more than 30 papers published in peer reviewed professional journals including Advanced Energy Materials and Nano Letters.

  • High energy density cathodes materials (Layer materials, Li-S)
  • Electrode/electrolyte interfaces
  • Dynamic behaviors of Li-ion in cathode materials
